Performance Marketing Manager – 12 Month Maternity Cover
📍 Putney Bridge, West London | Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
💰 £50,000–£60,000 + potential bonus
📅 November 2026 start | 12-month maternity cover (with permanent opportunities thereafter)
Our client is a fast-growing, female-founded luxury fashion ski-brand bringing a fashion-first approach to the slopes. Known for being distinctive, creative and a highly engaged global community, the brand has grown rapidly across the UK and US, with an expanding international customer base.
They're now looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join the team and take ownership of paid media across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on PPC and paid media specialist who loves getting into the detail, making data-led decisions and seeing a direct commercial impact from their work.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of performance marketing across Google, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, managing campaigns from build and optimisation through to budget management, testing and strategy.
Google Paid Search is a particularly important part of the role, so strong experience across Google Ads, Search, Shopping/PMax, Google Merchant Centre and product feeds is essential.
You’ll be joining at a hugely important time in the trading calendar. With significant seasonal peaks around Black Friday, Christmas and end-of-season sale, budgets scale considerably during these periods and you’ll need to be confident making quick, commercially focused decisions.
You'll get the opportunity to work with meaningful budgets across multiple markets, including the UK, US, Europe and Australia.
What You'll Be Doing

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
