Who we are:

Hey Alfie is building an AI-powered platform that makes owning a home effortless. Right now, homeownership is a mess of maintenance, repairs, chasing tradespeople and admin that never ends. We're turning that from reactive and manual into proactive and intelligent.

We're VC-backed by top-tier investors, going after a $5 trillion global market. This is a rare chance to join an ambitious founding team at the ground floor and build the playbook for how we acquire our first 10,000+ customers.

The role:

You'll own all paid acquisition. Google and Meta at the core, with real room to push into affiliates, direct mail, TikTok, Pinterest and whatever else finds traction.

This is not a role where you brief an agency and review a deck. You'll set the strategy and you'll be the one in the accounts building it, working directly with the CEO, VP Growth and Product team.

Ideal for someone with strong paid experience. Whether you're already operating at this level or stepping up from a slightly more junior role, what matters most is the drive to own it.

What you'll own:

  • Paid acquisition (all channels, Google + Meta led)
    • Full accountability for spend efficiency and growth across every channel.
    • Getting the most out of how the platforms actually work today: Google's AI-driven formats (Performance Max, AI Max, broad match) and Meta post-Andromeda (creative volume, signal quality, letting the algorithm target).
    • Plus landing pages and CRO across the whole journey from click to booking.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Creative ideation & production

    • You'll generate the ad concepts and the messaging, using AI tools and a designer to move quickly, and build a testing framework that produces real learnings rather than one-off wins.
  • Analysis & strategic direction

    • Own the growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS), the reporting the whole team runs on, and the tracking underneath it.
    • UTM governance, pixel and CAPI via GTM, attribution that shows what genuinely drives revenue.
    • Then using it to decide which campaigns, personas and categories we double down on.
  • Ways of working

    • AI-first, automating your own workflows so almost nothing is lost to repetitive tasks.
    • Owning the budget properly: forecasting, pacing, efficient CAC.
    • Working with product, engineering and design, and keeping investors updated.

You'll be a fit if:

  • You've spent 5+ years hands-on in Google and Meta, and you're still in the accounts every week.
  • You've scaled paid at a seed, Series A or B startup on a meaningful monthly budget.
  • You live in the data. GA4, attribution, BI dashboards, and turning what you see into decisions.
  • You can come up with ads, not just do media buying.
  • You ask why constantly and don't wait for a brief.

Nice to have:

  • TikTok, Pinterest, affiliates or direct mail experience.
  • Home services, marketplace or consumer platform background, professionally or as a customer who has been through the pain.

Why this role:

  • Real autonomy - you own the channels, strategy and execution end-to-end, and shape them from the ground up. You own it.
  • Room to grow - take on new channels as we scale (affiliates, direct mail and beyond) and build rare, full-stack paid expertise that's genuinely hard to get anywhere else.
  • Category-defining - a real chance to build the acquisition playbook for something new, not optimise an existing one.
  • Ground-floor impact - join an experienced, ambitious founding team early and genuinely shape how Hey Alfie grows.
