Part-Time Clinic Manager
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Clinic Manager to join our well-established skin and hair clinic in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have strong CQC experience and, ideally, be CQC registered or have held CQC Registered Manager responsibilities previously.
Role Overview:
You will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and standards, manage staff and policies, and act as a key point of contact for regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems
- Support audits, inspections, and CQC registration processes
- Oversee staff recruitment compliance (DBS checks, training records)
- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of the clinic
- Liaise with clinical staff, management, and external bodies as required
Requirements:
- Demonstrable CQC experience — registered manager background preferred
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and healthcare compliance standards
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Experience in a clinic, healthcare, or aesthetic setting desirable
- Flexible, part-time availability
