About Us

Purple Dinosaur is a growing creative and marketing agency, with particular experience across health, wellness, aesthetics and longevity, alongside clients in sustainability, FMCG and other sectors.

We bring creative, video, content, development, technical and marketing capability together in one team.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media strategy and execution across our client portfolio.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be in the ad accounts regularly, making decisions and taking responsibility for performance.

  • When the data shows creative fatigue, you brief the creative team.
  • When a campaign underperforms, you diagnose why.
  • When the landing page is the problem, you work with our team to improve it.

And when a client asks, “Is this working?”, you should already know the answer.

We care about what happens after the click. Wherever possible, we connect campaign activity with CRM, sales and revenue data:

Ad spend → Lead → Qualified lead → Customer → Revenue

What You’ll Do

  • Own Meta and Google Ads accounts across multiple clients, with other channels where appropriate.
  • Manage campaign strategy, builds, targeting, budgets, testing and ongoing performance.
  • Turn performance data into clear actions, from budget changes and audience shifts to new creative and landing page recommendations.
  • Work with our video, design and content teams to brief performance creative, including hooks, angles, formats and messaging.
  • Write strong ad copy that connects with customer needs and motivations.
  • Look beyond the ad account. Spot issues across landing pages, tracking, offers and the wider customer journey.
  • Run keyword research, competitor analysis and channel strategy.
  • Provide clear performance insights and flag opportunities or concerns before they become problems.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to surface account issues and opportunities, then apply your own judgement to decide what happens next.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Setup

  • Part-time, three days’ effort per week, with flexibility on how those hours are spread.
  • Primarily remote, with regular team sessions in Hampton, South West London or Central London.
  • Flexible hours. We care about outcomes, not clock-watching. If school pickup is at 3pm, that’s fine. The campaigns don’t care what time you optimise them.
  • UK-based.
  • Competitive salary, based on experience and pro-rata for three days.

Who You Might Be

You’ve done this at scale, agency-side or within a brand with serious spend. You know Meta Business Manager and Google Ads inside out, but you also understand that good performance goes far beyond the ad account.

You may be looking for something that uses your experience without consuming five days of your week.

You want autonomy, flexibility and a team that can actually act on what the data tells us.

If the creative needs changing, we have the team. If the landing page needs rebuilding, we can rebuild it. If tracking needs fixing, we can fix it.

We don’t want someone writing reports explaining why something isn’t working month after month.

We want someone who helps us fix it.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
