Performance Marketing Manager | London based 5 days a week | £45,000 - £60,000

We’re working with a fast-growing athleisure brand looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead how the business scales paid media across the UK and US.

You’ll manage an external growth agency across Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid channels, setting performance targets, challenging strategy and ensuring investment delivers against commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Agency and Performance Management

  • Act as the day-to-day lead for the external growth agency across paid media channels.
  • Set and manage CAC, ROAS and budget targets, holding the agency accountable to performance.
  • Review and challenge media strategies, plans and creative recommendations.
  • Partner with the agency and internal creative team to ensure paid activity is informed by performance insights.
  • Manage agency check-ins, performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Own the measurement and attribution framework, ensuring data is accurate and reliable.
  • Cross-check agency reporting against internal analytics, e-commerce and attribution data.
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting across acquisition channels, including CAC, ROAS, LTV and conversion.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for senior leadership and external partners.
  • Support budget forecasting and media pacing using performance insights.

Optimisation & Testing

  • Drive a consistent programme of testing across funnel strategy, offers, messaging and creative.
  • Ensure learnings from performance activity are translated into actionable improvements.
  • Monitor channel and campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Keep internal teams and external partners aligned on launches, priorities and performance.

About You

You’ll have 3–5 years’ experience in growth, performance or digital marketing, ideally within a consumer, DTC, fashion, footwear or similar environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience managing an external growth or paid media agency.
  • Strong understanding of paid social and paid search, particularly Meta, Google and TikTok.
  • Experience with tools such as GA4, Shopify and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience of working across the UK and US markets
  • Confidence analysing performance data and independently challenging reported results.
  • Experience setting commercial targets and holding external partners accountable.
  • Confidence briefing and reviewing creative for paid media.
