Performance Marketing Manager

£50,000 - £65,000 + Excellent Benefits. Remote (UK) with occasional travel to London (you must be based in the UK to be able to apply for this role)

We're partnering with an exciting high-growth B-Corp, consumer brand that's disrupting a traditional category through innovation, sustainability, and a customer-first approach. Following significant investment and continued rapid growth, they're looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join their expanding marketing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a performance marketer who thrives on combining data, experimentation, and creativity to drive customer acquisition at scale.

Reporting to the Head of Performance, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid acquisition campaigns across key digital channels.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and optimising paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
  • Driving customer acquisition while maintaining efficient CPA targets
  • Developing and executing structured creative testing programmes
  • Working closely with creative, brand, CRM, product, and data teams
  • Identifying opportunities to scale winning campaigns and improve performance
  • Producing weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights
  • Monitoring platform developments, industry trends, and new opportunities for growth
  • Supporting the ongoing development of best-in-class performance marketing capabilities

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on performance metrics
  • Experience running structured testing and optimisation programmes
  • Strong understanding of creative performance and acquisition marketing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience within a DTC, e-commerce, subscription, or consumer brand environment
  • A performance marketing executive ready to step up to manager or a manager with 1 - 2 years of experience.

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Fospha, or Northbeam
  • Experience with GA4
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Looker, or BI tools
  • Experience using creative reporting tools such as Motion
  • Familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT or Claude

  • Identify new opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and performance
