Performance Marketing Manager
Manchester City Centre - 2 days a week
My client is a commercial finance brokerage established in 2024 by their 2 entrepreneurial directors. After 10 years experience working across SME working capital lending - they were motivated to create easy access & education for SME owners to understand their lending options from Banks, Fintech's & Alternative lenders.

- Close knit & high performing team of 5 based in Manchester City Centre
- Month on Month investment in technology, customer journey & speed of integration with lenders
- Varied lender channel with multiple product options enabling them to support majority of SME ecosystem

Role Purpose
As they continue to scale, a pivotal part in their success is bringing marketing in house (currently utilising freelancers) - They hope this will achieve increase in value & volume of leads for the broker team to convert but also enable wider marketing strategy to be built and stronger ability to control ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Currently seeing most success in Paid Search - Meta & Google Ads so looking for candidate to take ownership with ability to increase ROI whilst A/B testing across other channels.
