Odd Muse is a London-based luxury womenswear brand redefining modern dressing through timeless, tailored pieces designed for the everyday wardrobe.
Since launching, we have built a global community of customers and grown rapidly through a combination of product, brand, and digital excellence. As we continue scaling towards our next stage of growth, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and elevate our paid media channels across Meta and Google.
This is a hands-on specialist role for someone who loves the detail behind performance marketing - from account structure and testing frameworks to feeds, catalogues and optimisation opportunities that unlock growth.
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: London / Shenfield office, hybrid
Contract: Full-time, permanent
The Role
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the day-to-day performance and optimisation of Odd Muse’s paid media channels across Meta and Google.
Working closely with the Head of Digital and Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our paid media investment is structured effectively, continuously tested, and optimised to drive efficient customer acquisition.
You will be the internal paid media expert - bringing platform knowledge, technical expertise and data-led recommendations to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Optimisation
- Own the ongoing optimisation of Meta and Google Ads activity, ensuring campaigns are structured according to platform best practice.
- Drive a continuous test and learn agenda across audiences, creative, products and campaign structures.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale performance and unlock incremental revenue.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
- Own performance marketing targets and budgets, working closely with Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Digital to attribute spend efficiently.

Paid Social (Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest)
- Own Paid Social account optimisation, including: campaign structure, audiences, bidding and scaling approach.
- Develop creative testing frameworks to improve paid social performance and identify winning creative types and hooks, as well as audiences and product combinations.
- Own the optimisation of paid social catalogues, including: catalogue structure, product sets, Dynamic Product Ads and feed enhancements to improve product discovery and conversion.
- Identify opportunities to improve how products are surfaced and presented across paid social placements, ensuring the customer journey from ad engagement through to purchase is as effective as possible.
- Partner with the Creative and Social teams to ensure paid content is built with performance objectives in mind.
Paid Search & Shopping (Google)
- Own optimisation of Google Ads activity across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
- Improve product visibility across the wider catalogue through feed optimisation and improved product segmentation.
- Manage and enhance Merchant Centre setup, product attributes and feed quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve Google Shopping structure, including product grouping, custom labels and campaign organisation.
- Conduct search term analysis and query mining to improve efficiency and conversion.
Measurement & Reporting
- Monitor paid media performance and identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Provide regular reporting and insight on channel performance.
- Evaluate test results and translate learnings into future optimisation opportunities.
- Work with wider digital teams to ensure tracking and measurement best practices are maintained.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Digital to translate commercial priorities into paid media execution.
- Partner with Ecommerce, CRM, Creative, Social and Influencer teams to ensure paid media supports wider marketing activity.
- Provide channel expertise and recommendations to improve overall digital performance.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years experience in paid media, ideally within a fast-growth DTC ecommerce environment (agency background preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing paid media budgets and optimising investment across multiple campaigns.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CVR, AOV.
- Experience with Meta catalogue advertising, Dynamic Product Ads and Google Shopping/PMax.
- Experience improving paid media performance through testing, optimisation and technical enhancements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
- Commercial mindset with a passion for growth.
