Performance Marketing Manager (FTC)

Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
Salary: ~£70,000

Why This Role?

Are you a data-led paid media strategist ready to take full ownership of a £5m+ performance marketing budget? We’re looking for a commercially sharp Performance Marketing Manager to drive explosive growth and ROI across PPC, affiliates, retargeting, and display for a fast-paced multi-channel retailer.

Reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce, you won't just run ads—you’ll lead high-impact testing, optimise multi-channel profitability, and directly shape our commercial success.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Drive £5M+ Paid Media Growth: Full strategy and execution ownership across PPC, affiliates, display, and retargeting to maximize profitability and ROAS.
  • Master Optimization & Testing: Lead continuous, data-backed testing programs across feeds, assets, and targeting to boost ad visibility and CTR.
  • Commercial Strategy & Insights: Turn deep analytics into actionable trade strategies, aligning paid activity with dynamic promotional calendars.
  • Collaborate & Scale: Partner with trading teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to land co-funded campaigns and data-sharing initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
