Performance Marketing Manager | Swindon | Up to £70,000
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who's a genuine "doer" - Someone who wants to be in the ad accounts making things happen, not just directing from the sidelines!
This is a hands-on role for an experienced retail or e-commerce marketer who can flex between tactical execution and strategic collaboration with the brand team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Hands-on, in-account management of Google Ads, Meta and affiliate platforms.
- Owning and managing a multi-million pound annual paid media budget, with tactical control over spend and budget changes.
- Overseeing organic SEO performance, with the SEO team reporting into you.
- Setting KPIs, tracking performance, and acting fast on what the data tells you.
- Managing relationships with paid media consultancy.
- Running continuous tests and experiments to improve channel performance.
- Leading and coaching a small team, including a Paid Media Exec and SEO Executive.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, trading, brand and analytics teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
