About Iconic Hotels & Resorts
Iconic Hotels & Resorts is a collection of distinctive luxury properties, each with its own identity, storytelling, and guest experience. We're looking for a hands-on, commercially focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media performance and gift voucher growth across the collection.
Role Overview
Working with the Head of Digital, Revenue Management, and hotel commercial teams, you'll turn hotel priorities, need periods, and seasonal opportunities into campaigns that grow direct bookings and profitable revenue.
What You'll Do
- Plan, build, and optimise full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, hotel metasearch, LinkedIn, and Expedia TravelAds.
- Drive demand for rooms, spa, restaurants, weddings, meetings and events, memberships, and gift vouchers.
- Translate occupancy forecasts, booking windows, and revenue priorities into actionable media plans.
- Own annual and monthly budgets, spend pacing, and the ad spend calendar across properties, channels, and markets.
- Own the collection's digital gift voucher strategy, from always-on activity to festive, Black Friday, and seasonal gifting campaigns.
- Produce clear weekly and monthly reporting, using AI-powered tools to automate analysis and surface opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
