Job Title
A global consumer marketplace platform, needs a freelance Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of paid media for its B2B division. This is a genuinely hands-on role, there's no agency layer, you’ll be running strategy, buying and reporting across multiple European markets from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and Google Search
- Own performance strategy, budget allocation and reporting end-to-end
- Manage multi-market, multi-language campaigns across several European markets
- Partner closely with the wider B2B marketing team to keep campaigns aligned to commercial priorities
- Bring a testing mindset to channel mix and ongoing campaign optimisation

Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience managing paid media across LinkedIn, Meta and Google Search
- Track record running multi-market, multi-language campaigns
- Comfortable owning strategy, buying and reporting without agency support
- B2B marketing experience preferred but not essential
Project Scope & Duration
Freelance contract, 3-4 months initially, with potential to extend
Day Rate
£330 - £370pd
Location & Workplace Policy
2-3 days pw office based in London
IR35 Status
Inside IR35, via umbrella
