As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of that growth, working across a diverse portfolio where digital performance has a genuine impact on commercial success.
The Role
The Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple hotels and regions, with a huge focus on driving bookings and profitable growth. You’ll lead activity across PPC, paid social, metasearch and programmatic, using optimisation, testing, automation, audience strategy and creative improvements to continually push performance forward. Alongside owning reporting and turning data into actionable insight, you’ll manage agencies, budgets and a team of three, while collaborating closely with brand, content, web and commercial teams.

They’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who genuinely knows performance inside out - someone commercially minded, data-driven and constantly looking for the next opportunity to improve results. You’ll need strong experience across paid search, paid social, metasearch, programmatic and affiliate marketing, alongside the confidence to manage agencies, budgets and people. If you love testing new ideas, digging into performance data, challenging what could be better and making a real commercial impact across multiple markets, this is a seriously exciting opportunity.
