Performance Marketing Manager

London - Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Full Time

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a proactive Performance Marketing Manager with a proven record of scaling performance across search and social. You’ll have at least 4 years’ experience gained in roles such as Performance Marketing Manager, PPC Manager, or Biddable Account Manager and be confident tackling the day to day running of performance media.

  • Develop and manage end-to-end paid search and paid social campaigns across all platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok etc.
  • Manage our affiliate channel and bring new channels into our mix where applicable.
  • Track and analyse campaign data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams, from product, UX and data to drive growth, campaign effectiveness and efficiencies. Working closely with our design team to build and evolve our creative across performance campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to refine campaign elements, including ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page performance.
  • Implement automation and scripting solutions to streamline processes and improve campaign management efficiency.

  • Proven experience (4 years) managing PPC campaigns at scale.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads and analytics tools.
  • A data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret large datasets effectively.
  • Proactive and innovative, with a track record of staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present performance reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
