About The Role
We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to join our Digital and Content team. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing integrated media strategies that drive brand consideration, engagement and lead generation across the funnel.
Working closely with our Brand and Campaign teams, you'll lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media activity across multiple channels, helping to deliver measurable business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives on using insight, innovation and optimisation to deliver outstanding results and customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver integrated, full-funnel media strategies that support business growth and lead generation objectives.
- Plan, implement and optimise paid media campaigns across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Native and Online Video.
- Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to translate business objectives into effective media plans and investment strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insightful reporting, analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Leverage data from platforms such as Google Analytics, advertising platforms and CRM systems to drive optimisation and decision-making.
- Design and implement A/B testing programmes across creative, messaging, audience targeting and campaign approaches.
- Identify and evaluate new media opportunities, technologies and best practices to enhance performance and effectiveness.
- Support personalisation and optimisation across the website and digital customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Brand and Campaign teams to ensure media activity is fully integrated and aligned to wider business objectives.
- Manage audience activation strategies, including the use of first-party and third-party data where appropriate.

About You
You'll be a motivated performance marketer with a strong understanding of paid media and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and a highly analytical mindset. You'll be confident influencing stakeholders, managing agency relationships and using data to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience managing and optimising multi-channel paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Online Video.
- Strong proficiency with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience developing performance reporting, analysing campaign effectiveness and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across marketing teams and external agencies.
Desirable Criteria
- Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), first-party data activation and personalised customer journey optimisation.
