Performance Marketing Manager
Retail
ÂŁ50,000 - ÂŁ56,000 + 15% Bonus
Milton Keynes (2-3 days per month)
Our client is a major consumer business investing heavily in the next stage of its performance marketing capability. You’ll join an established central marketing function where sophisticated data, measurement and digital infrastructure sit alongside an exciting transformation programme.
It’s a rare opportunity to experience the best of both worlds: advanced in-house performance marketing while helping bring another part of the organisation’s digital activity up to the same standard.
The Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of Paid Social, Affiliates and elements of Display and YouTube strategy, combining hands-on technical credibility with the ability to guide people, challenge agencies and turn performance data into clear commercial decisions.

Role Highlights
- Lead Paid Social strategy, with significant emphasis on Meta campaign performance and optimisation
- Review agency-managed accounts, identifying opportunities across structure, targeting, measurement and creative
- Manage and develop Paid Social and Affiliate specialists while setting clear channel priorities
- Partner with media agencies on Display, Programmatic and YouTube activity, including testing and optimisation
- Use forecasting, experimentation and performance analysis to improve conversions, revenue and marketing effectiveness
You Will Need
- Experience working in the Travel, Insurance, Automotive, Finance or Subscription industries would be ideal
- Agency side experience would be a huge plus
- Strong hands-on Paid Social experience, including advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Confidence interpreting campaign data, interrogating performance and working comfortably with Excel
- Experience managing performance campaigns against commercial KPIs and budgets
- Exposure to Display, Programmatic or YouTube
- The communication skills to challenge partners, influence stakeholders and translate technical detail into clear recommendations
