Performance Marketing Manager

Perfect Group is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to take hands-on ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads across our complete portfolio of home-improvement brands. This is first and foremost a lead-generation role, with responsibility for substantial media budgets and clear accountability for the quality and commercial outcome of the opportunities created.

You will plan, build and optimise campaigns directly, improve the journey from advert to enquiry or booking, and connect performance to qualified leads, home visits, orders and revenue. Alongside paid acquisition, you will bring strong CRO expertise and practical e-commerce experience that can support future opportunities across the group.

About Perfect Group

Perfect Group is a family-led North West home-improvement business with more than 30 years of specialist heritage. Our portfolio includes Perfect Shutters, Perfect Blinds, Perfect Bedrooms, Perfect Bathrooms, Perfect Kitchens, Perfect Outdoors and Perfect by Design. We combine craftsmanship and thoughtful customer service with an ambitious approach to marketing, data and technology.

What you will do

  • Own the lead-generation strategy and day-to-day management of Google Ads and Meta Ads across Perfect Group brands.
  • Control substantial budgets by brand and channel, maintaining disciplined pacing and clear accountability.
  • Identify waste and recommend how budget should be allocated across brands using commercial evidence.
  • Develop campaigns around each brand's customers, products, locations, service areas, showrooms and growth priorities.
  • Use lead quality, home visits, orders and revenue to inform optimisation decisions for each brand.
  • Establish consistent group standards for conversion tracking, campaign naming, UTMs, call tracking and CRM feedback.
  • Own CRO testing across adverts, landing pages, forms, booking journeys, copy, offers and calls to action.
  • Use e-commerce experience to help identify and assess future direct-to-consumer opportunities.
  • Provide clear weekly reporting by brand and practical monthly recommendations across the portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
