About us…

smol is on a mission to change the face of consumer brands and businesses by bringing super effective, eco-friendly products at value for money prices. We believe everyone should be able to make easy swaps that are better for them, the planet, and their pockets.

Since launch, smol has taken the household cleaning market by storm. We are already the fastest growing and most positively reviewed brand in the laundry, dishwash, fabric conditioner and surface spray categories and we’ve got so much more planned.

Having received Series B investment in 2021 and B Corp certification at the end of 2023, our team is focused on combining fast growth with being a force for positive change and impact in all that we do.

In Summary…

You'll own the day-to-day management and optimisation of our paid acquisition activity across Meta, Google and emerging channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining data, experimentation and creative thinking. You'll work closely with our Head of Performance Marketing to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who loves testing, analysing results and finding new ways to scale.

What does the role involve?

  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google and other paid channels.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance against CPA and customer acquisition targets.
  • Plan and execute structured creative testing programmes.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop testing hypotheses and creative briefs.
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to scale winning concepts.
  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, surfacing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product, CRM, brand and data teams to improve the customer acquisition journey.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, new features and industry trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
