A well-established and highly recognisable multi-brand retail business is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join the e-commerce team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. With a strong omni channel presence and a portfolio of household consumer brands, the business continues to invest heavily in digital growth, customer acquisition and e-commerce performance. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a significant performance marketing budget and make a measurable impact across multiple retail brands.
Your New Role
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of a £5m+ annual paid media budget, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and profitability across multiple e-commerce brands. Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, you will lead the strategy and day-to-day management of key performance channels including PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting and Prospecting campaigns.

This is a hands-on role where you'll continuously optimise campaign performance, analyse results, identify growth opportunities and work closely with internal trading teams and stakeholders to ensure paid media activity aligns with commercial objectives.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns within a retail or ecommerce environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads, with a deep understanding of campaign optimisation and performance marketing best practice.
- Demonstrable success delivering against ROAS, ROI and revenue growth targets.
- Excellent analytical skills, including experience using Google Analytics, Excel and product feed management.
- Experience managing substantial digital marketing budgets.
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across trading, ecommerce and wider business teams.
