Performance Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

About INSERIF

INSERIF is a UK-founded accessories brand built around the belief that personalisation shouldn't mean compromising on design or quality.

We create thoughtfully designed accessories that combine quality materials, timeless design and meaningful personalisation, with complimentary personalisation at the heart of what we do.

As a digital-first global brand, we're entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate customer acquisition and drive profitable growth across our paid channels.

The Role

You will own the paid acquisition strategy across every digital channel, ensuring budgets are invested efficiently to maximise revenue, profitability and customer growth.

This is a highly commercial role requiring someone equally comfortable analysing data, briefing creative, managing agencies and scaling campaigns internationally.

Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy

  • Own the paid acquisition strategy across all markets.
  • Build quarterly and annual channel plans.
  • Manage media budgets and forecasting.
  • Deliver profitable customer acquisition against CPA, MER and ROAS targets.
  • Identify new growth channels and testing opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
