You'll be joining a digitally focused insurance company with a strong direct-to-consumer focus across a range of niche sports & leisure products. They've been on an exciting trajectory & are looking to enter a new phase of growth with ambitious plans for the future.
Your new role
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of their digital growth engine & drive customer acquisitions across their key brands. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for revenue performance across paid media, search, CRO, & email marketing. Google Ads/PPC is key for their paid media activity, so you'll specifically need to drive performance across that channel.
You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing & oversee channel specialists, ensuring performance marketing is a core driver of the company's commercial strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
- Experienced Performance Marketing professional with a track record of delivering across PPC, paid social, SEO, GEO, CRO, email marketing etc.
- Strong experience with Google Ads/PPC & a high level of technical capability, demonstrating where you've successfully led on strategy, optimisation, & execution
- A strong background in eCommerce - ideally for D2C finance products or at a company that sells high-volume products at scale
- A successful track record of directly managing multi-million £ paid media budgets (being hands-on rather than overseeing a team or external agencies)
- Be up-to-date with the latest trends impacting the online search landscape - both paid & organic
- Experience line managing channel specialists would be helpful
