Job Summary:
We’re seeking a hands-on, data-literate Performance Marketing Manager to run Quintessentially’s paid acquisition activity and the conversion journeys it feeds. You will also have work cross functionally with the sales and technical operations team to identify growth opportunities on an ad hoc basis. This is a delivery-focused role at the sharp end of our member growth: you will plan, build, optimise and report on the campaigns that bring prospective members and clients to us.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative problem solving, rigorous analytics, and hands-on execution. You will run programs that directly impact our omni-channel growth, with a focus on driving efficient new customer acquisition
The focus is individual member acquisition with a secondary target for growing our corporate and subsidiary businesses. You will own the performance of paid search, paid social, display and retargeting, the conversion rate of our landing pages and enquiry journeys, and the reporting that tells us what is working alongside other onmi-channel campaigns.
Key Duties:
Paid media delivery & optimisation
- Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting, working to the quarterly plan and budget agreed with the Global Marketing Director.
- Work closely with the performance agencies to monitor day-to-day campaign performance — bids, budgets, audiences, placements, negative keywords and exclusions — making tactical optimisation decisions independently.
- Manage the agency to run continuous programmes of creative and copy testing, documenting what is tested, what wins and what is rolled out.
- Monitor pacing and spend accuracy across markets, flagging over- or under-delivery early and proposing corrective action.
- Maintain campaign hygiene across all accounts — naming conventions, conversion tracking, UTM discipline, audience exclusions and brand safety.
- Ensure all advertising is on-brand in tone, imagery and claim, reflecting the standards expected of a luxury lifestyle management group.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Conversion & landing page optimisation
- Own the conversion performance of paid landing pages and the membership enquiry journey, working with design and development colleagues to brief and ship improvements.
- Run A/B tests across page layout, copy, imagery, forms and calls to action, and implement the winning variants.
- Identify and remove friction in the enquiry-to-application journey, using analytics and session data to locate where prospects drop out.
- Support SEO partners with on-page changes and technical fixes on acquisition-relevant pages.
Reporting & analysis
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting covering spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, cost per acquisition, conversion rate and return on ad spend.
- Provide clear, concise commentary that explains what changed and why — not simply what the numbers were.
- Maintain campaign dashboards and ensure tracking remains accurate as sites, forms and campaigns change.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Salesforce and platform reporting to interrogate performance and surface opportunities to the Global Marketing Director.
- Contribute performance insight and channel recommendations to planning.
- Own the attribution model for paid acquisition — maintaining and refining how credit is assigned across channels, and ensuring reporting reflects what actually drives membership enquiries.
Agency & supplier liaison
- Act as day-to-day contact for performance agency partners — briefing campaigns, reviewing delivery, checking optimisation quality and chasing actions.
- Review agency reporting critically, challenging results that do not stand up and escalating persistent underperformance to the Global Marketing Director.
- Support the Global Marketing Director with the information needed for agency reviews and budget decisions.

Global hub support
- Support international hub offices with campaign setup, tracking, reporting and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and share simple playbooks and templates so local activity meets agreed standards.
- Handle inbound requests from hub markets, escalating anything that affects budget, strategy or brand positioning.
Ad hoc support:
- Ideate, plan and execute ad hoc growth marketing initiatives such as referral programmes, direct mail campaigns and media partnerships to support member acquisition.
Skills & Knowledge Sought
Key requirements:
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing, with direct responsibility for running paid campaigns.
- Demonstrable, hands-on competence in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager — building campaigns yourself, not solely briefing an agency.
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, UTM tagging and attribution basics, and the discipline to keep them clean.
- Confident in Google Analytics and Search Console, and comfortable building and interpreting performance reports.
- Practical experience of A/B testing landing pages and campaign creative, and of acting on the results.
- Commercially minded: fluent in cost per acquisition, conversion rate and return on ad spend, and able to explain performance in plain language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the judgement to advise on advertising copy that converts without cheapening a luxury brand.
- Comfortable working with external agency partners and holding them to a brief.
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple live campaigns across markets without losing accuracy.
- Interest in the luxury lifestyle sector and an understanding of HNWI expectations and discretion.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude, comfortable working to a plan set by others while taking ownership of delivery within it.
Desirable:
- Experience marketing a membership, subscription or other high-consideration proposition.
- Exposure to international or multi-market campaign delivery.
- Familiarity with Salesforce
