About The Company
We are working with a highly successful global luxury homeware brand, renowned for beautifully crafted, design-led products across the UK, Europe and US.
Based in Chelsea, the business combines creativity, craftsmanship and commercial ambition. You’ll join a small, collaborative team with genuine autonomy and ownership in your area.
The Role
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own digital performance across paid media and wider digital channels, using data to optimise activity, improve ROI and drive measurable growth.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to shape digital strategy, reporting and continuous improvement, while taking the lead on the relationship with the external digital agency — challenging their approach, managing delivery and holding them accountable to KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own performance across PPC, paid social and wider digital channels across UK, European and US markets
- Lead the external digital agency, including briefing, performance management and delivery against KPIs
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, reallocate spend and improve ROI
- Act as the internal performance expert, providing insight on channel strategy, testing and optimisation
- Work with the Marketing Director and Content Executive to align digital activity with wider business objectives
- Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM, including lead capture, nurturing, conversion, data integrity and reporting
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
- Stay current with digital trends, tools and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Provide clear performance reporting and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
