We are looking for a self-starter to help grow our Paid Social proposition across a broad range of clients and sectors.

You will look after your own portfolio of clients, contributing to the thinking behind each account as well as the delivery. You will be their main point of contact, and you will be part of the conversations that matter, where your ideas and recommendations are heard rather than passed along by someone else.

Most of our accounts start on Meta, and a real part of this job is working out where else those audiences sit, what a first test on that platform should cost, and what it is likely to return. We are not looking for a Meta-only specialist.

Iff Digital is an agency on a mission to do things differently. We are part of the wider DISOMO Media Group, so we are well funded and well supported. You will have the full support of our Director of Performance and Managing Director, who between them have over 30 years of industry experience working with clients including Argos, Made, HSBC and Castrol. We are building out our Paid Social team, so you would be joining early and helping shape how it works.

What you will be doing

  • Leading a portfolio of clients, with responsibility for the media strategy across them
  • Planning and delivering campaigns end to end, from strategy through to reporting
  • Building the case for the platforms we are not yet on, with evidence, a first test budget and a projected return
  • Maintaining a rolling creative testing roadmap for each key client
  • Identifying growth a client is not currently generating and packaging it as a proposal
  • Developing relationships with our platform and media owner contacts, and using them to secure test budgets, beta access and audience insight
  • Mentoring junior members of the team as you grow into the role

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Creative fluency by platform, and an understanding of how to brief for each
  • A good understanding of conversion tracking across platforms
  • GA4 and platform reporting, and a clear understanding of why the two rarely agree
  • First-party data and audience infrastructure, including consent and privacy requirements
  • Forecasts and media plans grounded in benchmark data rather than guesswork
