Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Performance Marketing Manager role. The successful candidate will oversee the optimisation and scaling of paid and organic performance channels, delivering measurable revenue and pipeline growth through data-driven strategies and tactical execution.
This is a hybrid role, based in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing channels, including paid search and social media, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Analyse and optimise campaigns to improve cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, and CAC.
- Plan and allocate budgets to maximise revenue contribution, forecasting future spend and performance outcomes.
- Test, measure, and optimise channel incrementality, reallocating budgets to high-performing areas.
- Identify new growth channels and tactical opportunities through competitor and market analysis.
- Support ABM initiatives with targeted paid campaigns and retargeting strategies for priority accounts.
- Own CRO, landing pages and CTAs.
- Oversee partnerships with CPL providers, monitor performance, lead quality, and ROI, sourcing new partnership opportunities.
- Execute SEO strategies.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of leads and attribution, ensuring data integrity across channels.

Person Specification
- Must have experience working in SaaS / Tech sector managing digital campaigns with a clear focus on CAC and pipeline metrics.
- Deep knowledge of paid and organic search.
- Familiarity with AI tools for testing, analysis, and optimisation within marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimised spend across channels.
- Experience in CRO, landing page optimisation, and multichannel campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools, including HubSpot.
