High Net Worth includes the discretionary fund management business, Quilter Cheviot, together with Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning – offering a highly personalised service to private clients, charities, trustees, and professional partners. The purpose of this role is to drive paid acquisition and performance marketing activity, with a primary focus on scaling efficient customer growth across digital channels.

This role will focus on launching and optimising paid media campaigns, improving performance across the onboarding funnel and identifying new opportunities to scale activity.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including brand, product, analytics, and commercial to deliver high-performing campaigns.

This is a hands-on role where you will also contribute across broader marketing initiatives including brand campaigns and partnership activity where needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Quilter Invest’s multi-channel paid marketing strategy to drive acquisition and conversion.
  • Act as the day-to-day owner of paid marketing, ensuring campaigns are consistently optimised.
  • Manage the performance marketing budget with a focus on ROI and cost-per-funded-account efficiency.
  • Own performance reporting to track Key KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the brand and content teams to ensure creative assets are optimised for performance.
  • Own compliance within performance marketing, ensuring all campaigns meet FCA financial promotions rules and standards.
  • Work closely with Design and Product teams to drive improvements across landing pages, app store journeys and onboarding.
  • Optimise performance across the full funnel (click – install – registration – fund).

About You

  • Proven experience owning and scaling paid media channels across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and CTV.
  • Financial or fintech experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing six-figure budgets and delivering measurable growth.
  • Deep understanding of attribution models and tracking tools (GA4, Appsflyer).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Experience with app-first products and mobile acquisition strategies is a plus.
