Be part of the team that drives digital growth across some of Europe's most exciting hospitality brands as a Performance Marketing Manager.
From iconic lifestyle destinations like art’otel to internationally recognised Park Plaza hotels, you'll play a key role in shaping how guests discover, engage with and book our hotels. As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the paid media strategy across multiple markets and brands, delivering measurable growth through data-driven campaigns, innovation and commercial thinking.
Supporting our hotels in the UK, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Croatia, Serbia and Hungary, you'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on expertise to maximise performance across paid search, paid social, metasearch, programmatic and affiliate channels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy across the PPHE portfolio, driving direct bookings, revenue, and commercial performance.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Metasearch, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Drive continuous optimisation through testing, automation, audience segmentation, creative enhancements, and conversion rate improvements.
- Own performance reporting, transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders across the business.
- Manage and develop a team of three Performance Marketing Executives, supporting their growth and development.
- Lead relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and budgets are optimised.
- Partner with Brand, Content, CRM, Revenue, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver integrated and high-performing campaigns.
- Work closely with web teams to ensure landing pages are optimised for campaign success and conversion.
- Identify new opportunities, emerging platforms, and industry trends to keep our brands ahead of the competition.
- Support the commercial performance of hotels, restaurants, bars, meetings, and events through targeted digital marketing activity.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders and commercial teams.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media, ideally within hospitality, travel, e-commerce, or multi-location businesses.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, Metasearch, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and multiple campaigns across different markets or brands.
- A highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of attribution, conversion tracking, tagging, and digital measurement frameworks.
- Experience working with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- A proactive and innovative approach, with a passion for testing new ideas and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
