Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist - Supplements
London | Hybrid | Freelance, Part Time or Permanent
We are hiring for a growing UK supplement brand looking for a hands on performance marketer to help drive online sales. We need someone who can create, launch and optimise paid advertising across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and Amazon, with a strong focus on conversions, ROAS and revenue.
You will:
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns
- Test and optimise campaigns to improve sales
- Develop strong ad concepts, messaging and creative
- Get involved with content where possible
- Work with our design team or external freelancers for additional creative support
- Use performance data to identify what works and scale it

We are looking for someone with strong paid advertising experience, ideally within supplements, health, wellness or ecommerce. You should be commercially minded, proactive and focused on execution and results.

You must be based in or around London and happy to work from our Mayfair office 1 or 2 days per week depending on the arrangement. We are open to freelance, part time or permanent candidates.
