Performance Marketing Shoot & Production Manager

Health & Wellness Brand (Client Side Role)

South West London Salary £35k - £50k

Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the fastest-scaling D2C brands in the UK. The brand is already a market leader in the Health & Wellness / Nutrition space, they've seen incredible growth since they launched in 2024 (scaling from £0m - £20m already).

They're now looking to hire a Performance Marketing Shoot & Production Manager to take full ownership of performance creative production – leading everything from booking shoots to sourcing videographers, UGC creators and locations, ensuring a constant pipeline of fresh content.

If you live and breathe social & ad content, this could be a great role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and optimise the creative testing engine, delivering a constant flow of fresh, high-performing paid social creatives.
  • Lead end-to-end content production, from organising shoots and managing budgets to sourcing creators, locations and production partners.
  • Build and manage a network of UGC creators, providing clear creative direction whilst allowing them to create authentic, native content.
  • Attend key shoot days to ensure every session captures multiple creative angles, hooks and assets for ongoing testing.
  • Develop new creative concepts inspired by customer insights, competitor activity and emerging social trends.
  • Maximise the value of every piece of content by creating multiple variations of winning creatives to extend performance.
  • Use performance data to continuously refine creative, identifying what works, what doesn't and turning insights into the next round of winning campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
