This is a fast-paced, client-facing role, so you'll need to hit the ground running. You'll be confident building strong client relationships, communicating effectively, and presenting with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver performance marketing activity across a range of channels, taking ownership of day-to-day execution across Paid Search, SEO and Paid Social, while working with Client Leads to shape wider client strategies.
- Own reporting for your clients, using platforms including:
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Google Search Console
- Looker Studio
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- SEMrush
- Use performance data, competitor analysis and industry trends to identify opportunities, optimise campaigns and test new approaches that deliver stronger results.
- With support from the wider Helium team, manage the delivery of work across your channels, from building paid search campaigns to creating SEO/GEO-optimised content and carrying out technical audits. Ensure work is delivered on time, to a high standard, and with minimal revisions.
- For paid media campaigns, manage budgets, monitor performance and make data-led optimisations to maximise results.
- As a client-facing member of the team, contribute to presentations, confidently talk through your recommendations, and build strong relationships by responding to client queries and providing trusted, proactive support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
