Performance Marketing Specialist – B2B Fintech

Finserve.io represents a high-growth B2B technology business that is looking to appoint an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join its expanding marketing function.

The Opportunity

This is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for developing and executing scalable demand generation campaigns alongside highly targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes.

The successful candidate will take ownership across the marketing funnel, from generating awareness and engagement through to accelerating qualified opportunities and supporting revenue growth.

Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations, the role will combine data-driven performance marketing with targeted account strategies to engage high-value prospects and convert them into commercial opportunities.

The position would suit a hands-on marketer who enjoys building campaigns from the ground up, analysing performance and continually optimising activity to generate measurable pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Plan, execute and optimise integrated B2B marketing campaigns across paid media, content, email, webinars and other relevant channels.
  • Develop campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and contribute directly to sales pipeline.
  • Own key performance metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, acquisition costs and pipeline contribution.
  • Work with internal marketing stakeholders to develop compelling campaign assets, messaging and landing experiences.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programmes and automated customer journeys.
  • Manage paid digital campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, search and other relevant advertising channels.
  • Support the development and growth of the company's social media presence.
  • Continually analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and return on investment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Ideal Candidate
