Compensation

£42,000 /yr – £54,000 /yr, depending on experience and skills, plus performance bonus. Higher for exceptional candidates.

As we continue to expand across North America, Europe, Australia and other international markets, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive mobile user acquisition, subscription growth, and long-term customer engagement across global markets.

What You'll Do

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across our key advertising channels, contributing directly to growing our global user base and app installs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (TikTok Ads a plus).
  • Develop acquisition strategies that drive quality mobile app installs and user growth.
  • Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance across multiple international markets.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPI, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, retention, LTV, and subscription conversion.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to develop high-performing advertising assets and campaigns.
  • Conduct audience research, creative testing, and performance analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance using mobile attribution and analytics platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in mobile performance marketing.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Mobile User Acquisition.
  • Strong, hands-on proficiency in both Meta Ads and Google Ads (required).
  • Proven experience managing monthly advertising budgets of USD $50,000+ with measurable business results.
  • Previous experience in a performance marketing agency or a high-growth B2C technology company is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of mobile attribution, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase Analytics, or other mobile attribution and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, with core working hours overlapping UK/European time zones.

  • Experience marketing consumer mobile apps with subscription or freemium business models.
  • Experience scaling campaigns across North American, European, or Australian markets.
  • Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile growth strategies.
