Are you a data-driven digital marketer who enjoys turning insights into action and delivering measurable results?

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering and optimising digital marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.

Working across paid search, paid social, analytics, and SEO, you'll use data and performance insights to maximise campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver high-quality marketing activity, while helping to ensure our digital channels deliver the best possible experience for customers and prospects.

About You

You'll be an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong understanding of paid media, campaign optimisation, and digital analytics.

  • You'll have hands-on experience managing paid search and social campaigns, alongside the analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations that drive results.
  • Comfortable working with multiple projects and stakeholders, you'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering successful outcomes.
  • We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial awareness, enjoys solving problems, and is motivated by continuous improvement. Experience in a B2B lead generation environment is essential, and you'll be confident using data to support decision-making and demonstrate campaign performance.
