Performance Marketing Specialist – Paid Search & Shopping
📍 West London | Hybrid – 2 days per week
💰 Around £45,000
We’re recruiting a Performance Marketing Specialist for a globally recognised e-commerce and digital retail business.
This is a genuinely hands-on performance marketing role, with a primary focus on Google Paid Search and Shopping. You’ll set up, manage and optimise campaigns while using data to drive profitable sales, new customer acquisition and media efficiency.
What you’ll be doing
- Set up and optimise Google Paid Search and Shopping campaigns
- Manage and test activity across Performance Max, Bing and Display
- Monitor performance against sales, customer acquisition, media cost and profitability targets
- Analyse campaign results and turn insights into clear actions
- Identify new growth and testing opportunities
- Work closely with media/platform partners and internal stakeholders
- Support tracking, measurement and pixel implementation
- Present performance insights and recommendations across the business

What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on Google Ads / Paid Search experience
- Experience personally building and optimising campaigns
- Good understanding of Google Shopping, with PMax, Bing or Display experience highly desirable
- Commercial experience working towards sales, customer acquisition, ROAS, CPA or profitability targets
- Strong analytical and optimisation skills
- Comfortable with tracking, pixels and performance measurement
- Strong stakeholder and partner-management skills
- Retail, e-commerce or D2C experience is highly desirable
