- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (GDN, Criteo, RTB House, etc.).
- A knack for digging into metrics and spotting untapped growth opportunities.
- Basic technical chops (you know your way around pixel setup and technical tools).
- Retail or e-commerce experience is a major bonus!
