📝 Some details about your department
The GPM department guarantees an increase in the volume of our clients' businesses through advertisements on different platforms: search engines, social media, affiliation, media, programmatic, among others (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Amazon, Microsoft Advertising, Programmatic, Affiliation, Media). We always work in the different phases of our clients' Customer Journeys. Our DNA is to rely on innovation and technology to be efficient with our clients' investments, and to know how to direct messages to potential users at the right place and at the right time. Measurement is key, because it allows us to reach our clients' business data.

🎯 What we’d like you to do
In your first six months, success will look like this:
- Strategic Onboarding: You have taken full ownership of the technical strategy for our new multi-market client, establishing a performance baseline that exceeds their previous results.
- The Transformational Roadmap: You have designed and gained client buy-in for a long-term roadmap. This moves their performance beyond standard execution and sets a clear path for sustained competitive advantage.
- Gold standard delivery, insight and performance for all our UK clients. You will have spent time meeting our clients, understanding their businesses and co-creating improvements to how we service and deliver for them.
- Operational Integration: You have bridged the gap between UK strategy and our global delivery hubs. Our specialist delivery and technology teams are now operating as a seamless extension of your UK based team vision.
- Operational Rigour: You have established a high standard of quality assurance and daily monitoring. There is a clear cadence of audits and experimentation that provides tangible value and proactive recommendations to our clients.
- Automated Intelligence: You have successfully embedded Ad-machina into your clients’ ecosystems. You are using our automated intelligence to solve complex problems that standard platform tools cannot, providing a unique performance edge.

🔊 What we’d like you to bring
We have built our recruitment process around five key areas. In this role, you will be expected to lead across all of them and have minimum 4 years experience in:
- Technical Expertise: You maintain a deep, hands-on understanding of Paid Search and/or paid social and the wider performance landscape. You stay ahead of the shift toward automated environments and lead the conversation on how we use these changes to our advantage.
- Commercial Acumen: You understand the commercial drivers of our business and our clients. You take responsibility for delivering profitable growth, ensuring that our resourcing and servicing models are effective, sustainable, and reflect the value we provide.
- Operational Excellence: You place a high value on the details. You will establish the processes that allow us to work at scale, including a high degree of QA and proactive recommendations. Your goal is to create a cycle of delivery that builds deep trust with our clients.
- Client Leadership: You move beyond the role of a service provider to become a trusted business advisor. You have the technical expertise to persuade senior stakeholders to adopt sophisticated strategies and the clarity to explain the impact on their bottom line.
- Team Leadership: You are responsible for the growth of our specialists. You build trust, provide clear challenges, and ensure your team has the support they need to produce work they are proud of.
