Performance Media Manager

6-Month FTC | £50,000–£60,000 | London (3 days in the office) | ASAP Start

I’m working with a leading communications agency who are looking for a Performance Media Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a genuinely unique opportunity to work on a major international campaign, delivering paid media strategy and activation for a high-profile global conference.

This role is not focused purely on traditional performance metrics. The campaign is centred around building awareness, driving engagement and supporting registrations across 50+ international markets.

The team is looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong hands-on paid media expertise - someone who understands the detail behind campaign planning, buying and optimisation, and has experience managing activity across multiple markets.

The role:

  • Own paid media planning, activation and optimisation across multiple international markets
  • Manage always-on paid media activity alongside key campaign moments
  • Lead planning, buying and optimisation across Paid Social channels
  • Deliver campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, with exposure to YouTube, Google Ads and X beneficial
  • Use performance insights, audience data and platform learnings to continuously improve campaigns
  • Work closely with Creative, Content, Web and Technical teams to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Support tracking, measurement and reporting across campaign activity
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for wider stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
