The Role
The company is seeking an AI-Native Performance Motion Designer to create engaging video and motion assets for paid social campaigns across multiple clients and industries.
This role is focused on creative production and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing UGC-style ads, short-form videos, native advertising content, and motion graphics using a combination of traditional design tools and cutting-edge AI technologies.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled motion designer with strong AI capabilities who enjoys exploring new tools, optimizing production workflows, and delivering high-quality creative at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume, high-quality video and motion creative for paid social campaigns, including UGC-style ads, short-form videos, motion-enhanced statics, and native advertising content.
- Create assets for multiple formats and placements, including 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9.
- Operate within an AI-powered production workflow, leveraging the latest AI video, image, voice, and editing tools.
- Edit and assemble video content using a combination of AI-assisted and traditional production techniques.
- Design and animate motion graphics and 2D visual elements to enhance creative assets.
- Apply strong visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and motion design principles.
- Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to execute campaign briefs effectively.
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency while working across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Continuously explore and adopt new AI tools, workflows, and production techniques to improve creative output.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or creative production.
- Strong experience creating paid social, digital advertising, short-form video, or UGC-style content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong expertise with modern AI creative tools and workflows.
- Experience with AI video generation platforms such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Higgsfield, or similar tools.
- Experience with image generation tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedream, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI voice and audio tools, including ElevenLabs or equivalent solutions.
- Experience with AI-assisted editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of visual design, motion, composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving production workflows.
- Experience with 3D tools or animation is a plus.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design, video editing, or digital advertising work.
