Performance Officer (6-month secondment)
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £35.9k - £44.4k per annum (Dependent on skills & qualifications)

We’re pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Performance & Commercial team working within Scotland Operations.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Analysing operational and financial data and translating into meaningful insight for the Senior Management team to inform decision making
- Developing, monitoring and updating key performance indicators and performance information.
- Identifying areas of potential underperformance and assisting with the development of proposals to deliver required improvements
- Working with relevant stakeholders and departments to monitor and report on all aspects of regional performance including Safety, Customer, Regulatory, Finance and Data assurance.
- Supports the commercial management of all operational delivery contracts, e.g. Replacement workloads, Reinstatement and Connections.

What you’ll need
The successful candidate must have excellent computer and organisational skills, team working philosophy and must be flexible to meet business needs. The candidate is expected to be capable of organising and motivating an administration team to produce exceptional levels of performance and must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Highly analytical and numerical with a passion for data accuracy
- Proactive and dogmatic in identifying and escalating areas of under-performance and opportunities for improvement
- Influencing skills to enable effective problem solving and implementation of change
- Ability to network internally, with other departments and external commercial organisations and stakeholders
- Educated to HNC or equivalent experience
- A broad knowledge of the business, including operational disciplines is desirable
