England Netball is seeking a Performance Pathway Operations Coordinator
England Netball is seeking a Performance Pathway Operations Coordinator to provide a high level of logistical and administrative support to all staff and athletes across the Performance Pathway programmes.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Performance Director and working closely with the Roses Pathway Head Coach, you will:
- Lead camp and calendar planning
- Handle travel, accommodation, and venue arrangements
- Track budget and conduct risk assessment
- Act as Team Manager for camps, major championships, and overseas tours

Additionally, you will:
- Be the primary point of contact for competitions including the Europe Netball Championships, Commonwealth Youth Games, and World Youth Cup
- Manage athlete eligibility and registration, squad logistics, and agreed budgets
- Champion athlete wellbeing and welfare throughout
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, NSL clubs, and partner programmes such as DiSE, TASS, and Sports Aid
Requirements
You will need to be:
- Exceptionally organized
- Calm under pressure
- Confident managing complex group travel, budgets, and stakeholders

About the Role

Details
- Location: Loughborough University
- Travel: Extensive UK and international travel will be required
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Hours: 35 per week
Occasionally working unsocial hours, evening, and weekend work.
