Job Description

About the role:

This role involves managing and optimising digital media budgets across various countries and channels including pay-per-click (PPC), social media, and programmatic advertising. The Performance Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to improve media performance and for coordinating cross-channel initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage digital media budgets effectively across multiple countries.
  • Oversee PPC, social, and programmatic campaigns to maximise performance.
  • Engage in cross-channel strategy development and implementation.
  • Monitor and analyse media performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all media strategies align with business objectives.

Role Requirements

  • Strong project management skills to effectively oversee multiple campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel for budget management and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools to interpret and utilise media performance data.
  • Experience with ad server technology for effective campaign management.
  • Capable of financial ownership, including processing POs and financial bookings using systems like Prisma.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
