Performance. Development. Leadership.
At Origin Results, we're looking for people who enjoy being challenged, setting goals and continually improving their performance. If you've come from a competitive sporting background, you'll recognise the environment quickly: you set a target, put in the work, take coaching, learn from setbacks and keep pushing yourself to improve. We're looking for individuals who want to develop their skills in sales, marketing and leadership, while working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
Whether you're starting your professional career or looking for a new challenge, you'll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship and practical experience to help you develop.
What Will You Be Doing?
You'll begin by developing the foundations of face-to-face customer acquisition, learning how to communicate effectively, build genuine relationships and represent established brands and organisations professionally. As your skills and performance develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and develop your leadership capabilities.
Your journey will include:
- Engaging with customers, focusing on genuine, one-to-one conversations and professional customer experiences.
- Developing sales and communication skills, learning how to understand customers and communicate effectively.
- Working towards clear goals, with individual and team performance objectives.
- Receiving coaching and feedback, using it to improve your consistency and performance.
- Developing leadership skills, with opportunities to support and coach other team members as you progress.
- Building practical experience, developing skills through real customer interactions and day-to-day team environments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
