Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (tailored directly to your technical expertise)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, plus every second Saturday morning (Half Day)

Workload
- Full mechanical repairs, precision servicing, routine maintenance, complex engine rebuilds, advanced diagnostic fault-finding across performance models and supercars, and custom modifications for track reliability

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Performance Specialist to join our high-achieving independent specialist workshop in Eastleigh. You will be responsible for carrying out advanced diagnostics, complex engine rebuilds, and specialist performance modifications on supercars and track-focused builds to exceptionally high standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Strong mechanical repair competence with a methodical, independent problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for performance vehicles and high attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

- Base: Eastleigh (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position offering fast, direct commutes across Hampshire via the M27 and M3.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Eastleigh mainline station and local bus services.
- Commutable From: Southampton, Winchester, Chandler's Ford, Romsey, Hedge End, and Portsmouth.
