About the Company

OMRE — meaning “lifespan” in Farsi — exists to build one of the defining longevity brands of our generation. We create science-backed supplements designed to improve healthspan, not just lifespan, by targeting the underlying biological processes associated with ageing.

Our CEO is a former medical doctor who left clinical practice after seeing first-hand that many of the conditions affecting people later in life are preventable. In just over two years, OMRE has reached global scale, with the USA as our primary market.

We’ve built strong product-market fit, a premium brand and a highly engaged customer base. We’re now entering our next phase: scaling aggressively while maintaining efficiency, profitability and brand integrity.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Performance & CRO Lead to own paid acquisition performance and conversion across Meta, Google and our website. You’ll turn advertising spend into profitable customers by combining paid media leadership, funnel strategy, CRO and customer-insight-driven decision making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
