The Role
A client in the consulting industry is seeking Performance Transformation Consultants to join the team for an ongoing transformation programme.
You will support major business transformation and cost optimisation initiatives for leading organisations across Financial Services and Aerospace & Defence.
Reporting into senior programme leadership, you will work within high-performing consulting teams to help identify efficiencies, accelerate transformation outcomes and deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Support large-scale performance improvement, cost reduction and transformation programmes
- Analyse business operations, financial performance and organisational structures to identify opportunities for efficiency and value creation
- Develop recommendations and implementation plans to help clients achieve strategic and operational objectives
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and consulting teams to drive delivery across multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments

Requirements
- Experience delivering performance transformation, cost optimisation or operational improvement programmes
- Strong consulting background, ideally gained within a leading consultancy or professional services firm
- Experience working within Financial Services and/or Aerospace & Defence sectors
- Associate to Manager level professionals with excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing programme
- Day rate: £800 - £1,300 PAYE, depending on seniority
- Location: United Kingdom, France and DACH region (hybrid)
