Dominate Next works with established brands across the UK, Australia, and Europe, including Logitech, Ultimate Ears, Ion8, AnySharp, and Vive. The team is focused on building long-term growth solutions for clients ready to expand their presence in paid social.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Video Editor | DTC Paid Social. The person in this role will create and edit short-form performance video ads optimized for platforms such as Meta and other paid social channels, focusing on direct-to-consumer campaigns. The role involves collaborating with performance marketers and creative strategists to interpret data insights, iterate on winning concepts, and continually improve click-through and conversion rates. The Performance Video Editor will also maintain brand consistency across assets, manage file organization, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for paid social and direct-to-consumer campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual output across creative variations.
  • Ability to create Motion Graphics and use Graphics to enhance performance ads and communicate key messages clearly.
  • Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar professional tools.
  • Understanding of DTC paid social best practices, including creative testing, hooks, and thumb-stopping ad formats.
  • Ability to interpret performance data, collaborate with marketing teams, and iterate quickly based on test results.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in performance marketing, ecommerce, or agency environments is beneficial.
