Role Overview

We are seeking a candidate on a term time only part time basis, to provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the Performing Arts life of the School, both curricular and co-curricular. The Performing Arts and LAMDA Administrator will fulfil the technical requirements and necessary administration for Performing Arts performances, charity events, and trips.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Music, Drama and Dance departments in the planning, preparation, and administration of Performing Arts Events.
  • For example, the Whole school Drama Production, Whole School and Lower School Musical Theatre Productions, as well as GCSE, BTEC and A-level performances and trips.
  • Support the IT department with providing AV support to events across the College.

Qualifications

  • Strong Performing Arts background with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • It would be especially suited to a recently graduated candidate.
  • We appreciate this is a unique combination of skills required but we will be happy to discuss fit and training needs at interview.
