Position
We are seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Perfume Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, based in our London office, you will play a pivotal part in assist in the shaping and fully executing marketing strategies both in-store and online, that elevate our brand’s presence, drive sales growth, and nurture profitability in the UK&I market. Reporting to the Head of UK & Ireland, and as a key player within the Europe & Africa team, you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders, including retail partners, sales team, client advisors, external agencies, and the central headquarters in Rome to ensure flawless implementation of the full marketing strategy. The role requires availability for business travel to our POS locations across the UK and Ireland: 30%
Job Responsibilities
Trade Marketing
- Co-build the local trade marketing strategy for the market, in line with the regional marketing strategy and global guidelines, ensuring full coherency with brand image and global plans, allocating Advertising & Promotion budget intelligently to meet defined image, impact, sales and profitability targets.
- Engage in client meetings with retail partners to present and negotiate win-win trade plans, ensuring alignment on vision, execution and expected outcomes.
- Craft local go-to-market for product launches, orchestrating all marketing initiatives including promotional campaigns, pop-ups and in-store events from initial concept to final execution.
Retail Excellence
- Ensure flawless in-store execution across our network, maintaining highest standards of excellence for all POS doors (visual merchandising updates, planogram creation, maintenance…) and E-commerce sites (brand pages, product listings, assortments)
- Adept in product management, you will drive the creation and installation of new personalized retail spaces with key stakeholders (retailer clients, interior design, sales teams…) elevating brand image, enhancing customer in-store experience and meeting business needs.
- Adapt and implement visual merchandising guidelines (planograms, scenography…) elevating brand image and ensuring efficient product portfolio coherency.

Amplification
- Working with local PR agencies to create a full 360 PR calendar in line international guideline, while identifying market-specific local opportunities tailored to the UK market, to achieve clearly defined print, digital and social EMV targets
- Drive systematic seeding to press and influencers in order to achieve growth in ranking amongst industry reports
- Meeting journalists to foster and nourish relationships to drive organic editorial content
- Pilot print and social media partnerships to drive brand desirability and growth
Business Analytics & Reporting
- Skilled in budget management & operational process (FOC support and budget management, raising POs in a timely manner..)
- Establish clear marketing & communication performance targets, monitoring and analysing results (quantitative and qualitative), making recommendations to continuously improve marketing campaigns.
- Create, consolidate and actively share best practices, experiences and expertise with internal and external stakeholders (trade plans, marketing calendar, launch reports…).
- Recommend investment priorities, track marketing budget and evaluate ROI, reviewing forecasts to respond to market changes or strategic shifts based on sales data
- Synthesize latest trends, innovations, competitive watch and consumer insights into actionable strategies.

Profile
With a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, or related field, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry, with direct interaction with retail partners. Previous experience in the UK market is an asset. Fluency in English is required; any other language is considered as an asset.
- You have a proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives while ensuring full adherence to brand identity.
- Your expertise in PR and social media strategies allows you to amplify brand presence and engage target audiences effectively.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, you excel in analyzing marketing performance, making strategic recommendations, and optimizing campaigns to drive brand growth.
- Recognized for your creativity and strategic mindset, you are proactive, solution-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- With strong operational, communication and interpersonal skills, you build and nurture trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, rallying them around a shared vision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
