Job Description: Pergola Installation Specialist
SOLA Pergolas is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Pergola Installation Specialist to join our team.
We design and install premium aluminium pergolas for residential and commercial customers, creating high-quality outdoor spaces that combine exceptional design, engineering, and craftsmanship. As our installation team grows, we’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and understands that when you’re installing a premium product, the details matter.
Role Overview
As a Pergola Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing SOLA Pergolas across a range of residential and commercial projects. You’ll work with aluminium structures, louvred and retractable roofs, integrated LED lighting, privacy screens, glass systems, and other associated products.
You’ll be expected to work accurately and efficiently, follow installation specifications, and deliver the high standard of finish our customers expect from SOLA. No two installations are necessarily the same, so the ability to think practically, overcome challenges on site, and take pride in finding the right solution is essential.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in pergola, conservatory, glazing, roofing, aluminium, or similar installation work would be preferred
- Prior experience in construction or landscaping would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong practical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and installation instructions
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Good understanding of construction and fixing methods
- Professional, reliable, and presentable when working at customers’ homes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence with a vehicle to get to our premises
- Valid Passport (For training at our overseas factory)
- Willingness to travel to installation sites as required with some overnight stays locally to installations likely

Salary
Pay: £28,600.00-£39,000.00 per year
