Role Summary
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to facilitate and coordinate the educational agenda, including responsibility for safety action 8 of the CNST MIS scheme.
Key Requirements
- Inspirational leader with recent experience leading a team
- Role modelling excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills to coordinate our clinical effectiveness forum
- Ability to inspire colleagues to engage in review of policies and guidelines
